As the founding partner in 1989, Tobias has enjoyed growing McKinley
Mortgage Co LLC to a market leader in note brokering. He is proud
of the expertise of his team, it's consistent systems, and the company's
commitment to outstanding, honest, customer service as Alaska's
largest contract buyer.
He is currently President, and responsible for McKinley's growth
into new regions of the United States.

An MMC team member since 2000, Lisa enjoys her client fulfillment
role in the processing and closing department, especially the chance
to serve every person as they deserve to be served, as "a valued
client for life."
She works closely with both our Note sellers and Equity to Cash
customers, and in the offering and placement of funds with our Private
and Institutional Investors.

Charley is back with McKinley after a couple years in Oregon!
Previously serving as Database Manager in 2001, he was instrumental
in streamlining database operations and managing name gatherers
nationwide.
Charley is active in various community service venues as he has
a passion for directed development and economic growth in Alaska.
When Charley is not in the office, you'll find him tweaking on
his truck, enjoying snowmachining in the mountains, skiing, and
playing the keyboards. He is also very involved in his church,
Changepoint.

Becky Whisman

Becky has worked for McKinley Mortgage since 2001 with previous
experience in marketing, graphic arts and printing . She has found
the real estate note buying business to be an adventure, always
challenging and full of interesting people.
She grew up in Montana and Alaska has been her home since 1979
so she enjoys many outdoor activities such as fishing, skiing and
hiking.

Caleb Preston

Caleb has been an integral part of McKinley Mortgage for sometime,
but in the last year has maintained a regular weekly schedule.
Caleb is an avid ski racer with the Alyeska Ski Team, placing
very competitively at last year's Junior Olympics held in Sun Valley,
Idaho. His other interests include creative investments and tax
loophole strategies, as well as various styles of music.
